• Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 3-4 days. However, if you need it quickly please contact us.
• The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
• Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs

This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminium Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

All of Backdrop Source’s banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, our banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.

• Artwork: Any size of your choice
• Font format: No bleed, no crop marks, only outlines fonts
• File: If Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only
• Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
• File Size: For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilise file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.
