Wrong Frame

Still waiting for the correct frame to arrive.
Got 2 frames ( I only needed one ) .
Both frames are bigger than the printed textile so I can’t complete the assembly .
Other than that , the quality of the print is good .
Customer Service don’t keep records of communications from WhatsApp or I am dealing with different people because I get questions that were already answered ( like .. did you read the instructions? Did you check your numbers ? ) which is extremely annoying.
I trust you will resolve this issue quickly as my event is coming in 10 days .
