What is the difference between feather, teardrop and rectangle flags?
Feather flags are tall and narrow with a curved top, and they are the most common shape for roadside and event promotion. Teardrop flags are rounder at the top and give a similar height with a fuller graphic area. Rectangle flags have a flat top and are useful when the message needs to read like a conventional banner.
The shape you choose changes how the flag moves in the wind and how much of the graphic is visible from a distance. Test the artwork on the shape before ordering, because a message that works on a rectangle may need reworking for a feather.
