Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much space does a 360 booth need? +
Plan on 4m x 4m and check the ceiling. The 360 View 4 Panel Enclosure is 3m across and 2.7m to the top of the header, so it will not go under a low awning or a 2.4m ceiling, and it needs a metre clear around it for the operator, the spinner arm and a queue. The 1.3m doorway sets your entry, so face it away from the main aisle to stop people wandering in mid-shot.
Full doorway, semi doorway or wide doorway? +
Wide doorway for group shots, semi for a controlled single-subject setup, full when you want the enclosure to read as a room. The cube tents come in all three. A wide opening lets four people in and out quickly, which matters when you have 200 guests and two hours, but it also lets the venue's lighting and the crowd behind them into frame. Semi keeps the background clean at the cost of throughput.
Is the LED option worth paying for? +
Yes, if the booth runs after dark or indoors under house lighting. An enclosure blocks the room's light by design, so without strips on the frame you get raccoon shadows and phone photos that will not be posted. LED versions of the 360 and hexagonal enclosures build the strips into the structure rather than clamping them on. Every lead and fitting you bring must be test-and-tagged to AS/NZS 3760, and venues do check at the door.
Do I need a full enclosure, or will a backdrop do? +
A backdrop is enough for press-style shots against a repeating logo, and it goes up in about ten minutes. This page carries both, so compare the spiral and panoramic backdrops against the 360 and cube enclosures before you choose. Take the enclosure when the photo experience itself is the attraction, when you are running a spinner, or when you need to hide a messy venue wall on three sides. Enclosures cost more and take longer to rig.
How long does an enclosure take to set up? +
Two people and about 45 minutes for a four panel 360 booth. The frame is snap-lock tube and goes up quickly; the time goes into fitting five separate printed skins and the header, and into getting the panels evenly spaced so the doorway sits where you planned it. Budget for the weight too. That kit lands at roughly 50kg in one carton, which is a trolley job, not a carry from the car park.
Can I run one outdoors or in a marquee? +
In a marquee yes, on open ground only with ballast and a short forecast. These enclosures present a lot of fabric on light bases and wind loading is what folds the frames, not the graphics. Weight every foot, keep the doorway facing away from the prevailing breeze so it does not balloon, and drop the panels if gusts build. On grass, put boards under the bases or the whole enclosure racks out of round.
What should the artwork actually do? +
Keep it simple and keep it high. Each panel is roughly 1m wide by 2.1m high and the bottom half disappears behind people, so put the logo between 1.3m and 1.9m off the floor. Watch the interior colour: a strong red or green skin bounces onto faces and every photo comes out tinted, which no filter fixes afterwards. Mid-tone neutrals inside and the bold branding on the outside faces is the safe split.
How do I order and get the artwork right? +
Send us the shape you want and your logo files, or a photo of the event style if that is all you have. We set up print-ready artwork and return a free 2D mockup, so you can see how the branding lands on a curved panel before it goes to print.
