I stayed home to accept the delivery, but the DHL delivery driver didn't contact me when he/she arrived. When I contacted DHL to find out what happened they told me that they "don't give their drivers a mobile phone in order to call the customer". What's the point in providing our mobile phone if DHL doesn't trust their staff? Change to another delivery service.
I had great communication with the Backdrop team and spoke with Gladina almost daily to ensure we received a backdrop in time for an event with a strict deadline.
I was given complete reassurance regarding the delivery timeline, along with regular updates as their designer adapted my supplied artwork to fit their template.
The final product looked great and was incredibly easy to set up.

The shipping was lightning fast — I placed the order on a Friday afternoon & had both banners in hand within 5 days.
