    Backdrop delivered 3 weeks after promised delivery date and after both photoshoots

    I’m very disappointed with Backdropsource, and wouldn’t recommend them at all. I ordered the white muslin backdrop and was promised that it would be delivered on 8 April. Our photoshoots were on 10-12 April, and then 22-23 April, and it didn’t arrive until after both photoshoots were concluded. I phoned at least 4 times, sent several emails, and got no assistance. They were unable to provide a tracking number, failed to call back when promised, and the item missed the photoshoot dates completely. I am unable to comment yet on the quality of the backdrop because I haven’t seen it yet, because they delivered it to the site of the first photoshoot some 2 weeks after I’d left.

    I had lots of issues trying to get this company to post my order. I did a bank transfer and their accounts team didn't check their bank records for 2 weeks. I had to send multiple emails to confirm payment had gone through on the day I placed my order. Communication was very bad. Once they checked their accounts they posted my order via express post as I needed it by a certain date. Luckily the backdrop did arrive a couple of days before I needed it (which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars). However, the backdrop itself is very thin and is very hard to get the wrinkles out so I wouldn't recommend it to photographers who use it travelling. It really needs a steam before use which is too hard when you go to clients homes. Overall I won't be ordering from this company again.
