The continuous lights can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used in film photography, wedding celebrations, interviews and digital photography. All the movies are taken by using continuous lights.
The only light that would set for both video and still photography is continuous. If you are in a first time in setting up a studio and a cost factor, continuous light is the best source.
You can accompany with reflectors in these lights. You can use both 25 watts and 65 watts bulbs with these lights.
Please note that the bulbs should be bought seperately, as it does not comes along with a light.
